Better tools for learning

AI has made intelligence broadly accessible. Anyone with a computer can now ask for an explanation, solve a difficult problem, or get expert guidance on demand.

Access to intelligence does not automatically increase human capability. We still have to understand, remember, practice, and develop the judgement to use it well. As machine intelligence becomes more capable and more widely available, human capability must grow alongside it.

We think learning should become much more personal. Learning tools should know what you understand, what you don’t, what you’re likely to forget, and what you should learn next. They should adapt continuously rather than give everyone the same course, textbook, or sequence of lessons.
